ORDER
When the, matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner states that the prayer in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Since the suit itself is disposed of, the learned counsel for petitioner conceded that the revision petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
