[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard Mr.A.Arun Ayyanar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, for respondents 1 and 4 and Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 2, 3 and 5 to 7.

2. The petitioner seeks direction to install the check-post. A representation is given.

3. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the said representation would be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy, preferably within a period of three months.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
