ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to strike off the plaint in O.S.No.2 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ilaiyangudi, Sivagangai District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (22.12.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S.No.2 of 2019 is pending for trial and is pending from 2019 onwards and hence, the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the suit within time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking note of the fact that the suit is pending from 2019, the learned District Munsif, Ilaiyangudi is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.2 of 2019 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
