PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11747 of 2025 dated 30.07.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11747 of 2025, dated 30.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition for nearly 19 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition for 19 days, the condition imposed by this 2/4
