ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP.(MD)No. 15143/2025 dated 26.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner prays for modification of the condition in clause (b) in Crl.OP(MD)No.15143/2025 dated 26.09.2025.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied for six days.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.15143/2025 dated 26.09.2025.

5.Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No. 15143/2025 dated 26.09.2025, ie., "[b] The petitioner shall report before the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Respondent police daily at 10.30 AM for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation", is modified as under: "[b] The petitioner shall report before the Palamedu Police Station, Madurai District, daily at 10.30 AM for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation"
