ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)No.14724 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 15202 of 2025 dated 15.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners complied with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No. 14724 of 2025 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 15202 of 2025 dated 15.09.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as on when required for interrogation. 16.10.2025 KSA 2/4
