When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court made in WP(MD)No.8062 of 2022 dated 26.04.2022 is complied with. In this regard, he has also produced a copy of the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Virudhunagar District, dated 31.01.2024.
