ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the first respondent to transfer the ownership of the driving school license viz., Arun Driving School functioning at No.1/253A, Annamalai Subramani Road, EB Colony, Iyer Bangalow, Madurai from the name of petitioner's deceased father to his name by considering the representation cum application, dated 27.10.2023.

It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate for the official respondent that pursuant to the above representation, preliminary enquiry was conducted and a show cause notice has been issued vide proceedings, dated 05.01.2024. It is submitted that the said show cause notice would once again be issued to all the legal heirs within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and that the entire exercise shall be concluded within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
