ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP.(MD). No.12719 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the PRC has been numbered.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the PRC has been numbered, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl OP. (MD). No.12719 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl OP.(MD).
