ORDER

The petitioner, with an allegation that the second respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry was initiated in C.No.154/PG/DCHqrs/MC/2023 and the same was transferred to the City Crime Branch, Madurai City and subsequently, after conducting enquiry, it was also closed.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives in this petition for further direction. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
