2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai District for examination of LWs and the case is posted on 07.02.2024. Considering the fact that the case arose out of a matrimonial dispute and the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the de-facto complainant, it is not a fit case for quashing the final report. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
