2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection for allowing the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition as prayed for by the Petitioner.

4.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and I.D.O.P.No.247 of 2025, on the file of Family Court,Thanjavur is transferred to the file of Family Court, Trichy, for disposal, in accordance with law.
