ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the respondents to take action based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.11.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner was already added as victim and the statement under Section 161(3) of Cr.P.C, came to be recorded from him.
