ORDER

On the previous occasion the matter was adjourned at the instance of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. However, it was also admitted that the prayer in revision petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order of the interim maintenance during the pendency of the proceedings before the lower Court and that the proceedings has now come to an end by granting divorce. Hence, this Court is of the view that nothing survives and therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
