This writ petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to take appropriate action as against the fourth respondent herein for having misused his power as against the petitioner under the Panchayat Act.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that term of the fourth respondent has expired on 06.01.2025.
