ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court for speedy disposal of the case in C.C.No.2 of 2015 pending on the file of the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Special Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the case was initially taken cognizance by the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Special Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli and P.W.1 to P.W.6 were examined by the said Court. Now, the case has been transferred to the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil and re-numbered as C.C.No.31 of 2024. He further submits that there are totally 18 witnesses in this case, in which, already P.W.1 to P.W.9 were examined and case is posted on 06.06.2024 for examination of P.W.10 to P.W.12.

3.Considering the progress in the trial, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate 2/4
