The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the landlords have taken delivery and demolished the building. 2.In these circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners further submitted that the revision petition filed by the landlord has become infructuous. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
