ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition had been filed by the Petitioner seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.267 of 2023 pending on the file of Sempatti Police Station, Dindigul District. The Petitioner is arrayed as A2.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent police submitted that the investigation was already completed and a final report was laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aathur, Dindigul District. The Petitioner shall file appropriate petition for quashing the final report.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
