To modify the Visitation Right Nos (ii) and (iii) ie. if the mother wishes to visit the child, the father shall make arrangements once in two years and the expenses may be borne by both the parties and the mother is permitted to talk to the child through video conference once in three months granted in the order, dated 22.02.2024, passed by this Court in C.M.A.(MD). NO. 1209 of 2022 by directing the respondent to bring the child to India once in a year, either during Christmas Vacation or Summer Vacation and permitting the petitioner to talk with the child through video conferencing/ video call twice in a month and also permitting the petitioner to gift dress materials, cosmetics and other materials which are necessary for her.
ORDER
The earlier order holds good. This Court had communication with the child and the child expressed her unwillingness to converse with her mother or receive gifts. Therefore, the earlier order passed by this Court shall continue. The video conference between the mother and the child shall continue once in three months as stated in the earlier order.

2.After the attaining the age of 18, it is absolutely the child's willingness either to talk to her mother or decline to talk to her mother. This Court is not inclined to force the child.
