ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and her husband and their families for protection of their life and limb based on the petitioner's representation on 10.10.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, the respondents 4 and 5, who are her parents are threatening to harm her since she had married against their wish.

3. On 07.11.2025, when the matter was taken up, the respondents 4 and 5 were present in person and that they undertook that they would not interfere in the matrimonial affairs of their daughter. This Court found that the petitioner's marriage with one Yuvaraj was not registered and hence, directed the petitioner to get the marriage registered.

4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned 2/4

counsel for the petitioner submitted that the marriage is registered and produced the marriage certificate. The same is taken on record.

5. In the light of the above facts, the respondents 4 and 5 are directed to refrain from interfering in the petitioner's marital life. It is needless to say that if there is any interference by the respondents 4 and 5, it is open to the petitioner to seek protection from the second respondent.

6. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
