ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the Respondents 3 to 5 and some others person, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.12.2023. 2.When the case came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos. 19197 of 2016 and batch, the Director General of Police, Head of Police Force, Tamil Nadu State, Chennai -4 had issued a circular in Rc.No.892914/X1/2020 dated 12.03.2021 to all the Field Officers in the entire State. As per the same, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said circular will hold good in this case also, based on the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos. 19197 of 2016 and batch.

3.In the light of the circular issued by the Director General of Police, Head of Police Force, Tamil nadu State, Chennai -4 in Rc.No.892914/X1/2020 dated 12.03.2021, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondents 1 and 2 to act as per the said circular and pass appropriate orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
