ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner in the Election Original Petition in El.O.P.No.2 of 2012 on the file of the Election Tribunal, District Court, Sivagangai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Since the Election Original Petition is dismissed by the District Judge, Sivagangai, the above Civil Revision Petition is filed by one of the candidates who has filed the petition to set aside the election and a direction for fresh election. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent who is the elected candidate is no more and that the period of office for which the election was conducted has expired. It is in these circumstances, this Court is of the view that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
