Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the Ist respondent in his proceedings Na.ka.no. 1617/D3/2007 dated 11.06.2007 and the consequential order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings Na.ka.No. 449 A4/2011 dated 29.07.2011 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the respondents to fix the petitioner seniority in the panel of Secondary Grade Teacher fit for promotion to the post of Elementary School Head Master, taking in to account of the rank assigned by the Tamilnadu Teachers Recruitment Board in 1995 within the period that may be stipulated by this Hon ble court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
