[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to secure and produce the detenue, namely, A.Kaleeswari, aged about 36 years, before this Court and set her at liberty, the petitioner / husband has filed this habeas corpus petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is withdrawing this habeas corpus petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement so made, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
