This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred by the defendant in the suit in O.S.No.333 of 2013 as against the order of rejection, dated 05.08.2013 passed in unnumbered I.A.No. of 2013 in O.S.No.333 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Munsif Court, Tirunelveli.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit itself has been disposed of and that the matter is now pending in second appeal before this Court. He further submitted that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 3.Having regard to the fact stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
