ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to issue a direction to the Principal Subordinate Court, Kumabakonam, to expedite the hearing of the case in HMOP.No.131 of 2024 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition, this Court is of the view that no notice is required for the respondent, therefore notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Considering the fact that the pleadings have been completed in the HMOP, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Kumbakonam, to dispose of the case in HMOP.No.131 of 2024 and HMOP.No.155 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible, but however, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
