ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent had produced a communication dated 23.10.2025, indicating that the petitioner's representation as directed by this Court had been considered and rejected.

2. In view of the same, this Court is of the view that contempt need not be proceeded further. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 23.10.2025 if she is so aggrieved. 3.With the above observation, this Contempt petition stands closed.
