************* This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the interim order, dated 18.06.2013 passed in I.A.No.554 of 2011 in O.S.No.182 of 2004 by the learned Subordinate Judge, Theni. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter is settled out of Court and therefore, he is not pressing the Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
