This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.26 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent police, insofar as the petitioner is concerned. 2.

Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul and the same was taken on file by the learned Magistrate in S.C.No.58 of 2024 on 15.04.2024. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is having any grounds.
