This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 1/4

2. When the case came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the case was based on the dispute between the 3rd Respondent and the Petitioner regarding Parking of the Vehicle in the public path. The Respondent Police had conducted enquiry and seeks time to close the same.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Respondent Police are directed to act as per the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar and another [2014 (8) SCC 273]. The Petitioner is directed to appear on summons issued to her by the Respondent Police and also co-operate to the enquiry.
