This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14-A(2) of SC/ST Act 2015 as Amended by Act 1 of 2016,to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Crl.M.P.3288 of 2023 in Crime No.364 of 2023 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR),madurai dated 10/11/2023 and set aside the same as illegal and enlarge the appellant on bail by allowing this Criminal Appeal.
ORDER:- This Revision/Appeal Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. R Solaipandi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s.M.Muthumanickam ,Government Advocate for the respondent 1& 2,No Appearance for R3, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD).No.1041 of 2023 dated 12.12.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.
