Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned circular made in Na.Ka.No.3136/Pagu.1/2011 dated 30.08.2011 passed by the 2nd respondent in so far as recruitment to the post of Deputy Manager (Dairy/Engineering) is concerned and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of Deputy Manager (Dairy/Engineering) in the 2nd respondent union.
