an enquiry in respect of misappropriation of public funds in conducting Farmer Festivals in Trichy District during the year of 2013-2014 by agriculture Department officers considering the petitioners Representation dated 09.05.2013, 23.05.2013,10.06.2013, and 07.04.2014 within a time limit that may be fixed by this Honble Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. A. Joel Paul Antony, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. P.T. Thiraviam, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: (Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) This petition is filed to set aside the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD) No.9994 of 2014 dated 30.11.2023 and restore the writ petition. 2.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed and the writ petition is restored to file.
