ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein from in any manner not to entertain any documents for registration or for any other purposes pertaining to petitioner's above property comprised in Survey No. 180/4 of an extent of 2252.25 Sq Feet situated at A.Kokkulam Village, Chekkarurani Post, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, on the basis of the petitioner's objection / Dava Manu vide Receipt No. 2248/2023 and also pending final judgment in the suit filed by the petitioner in O.S.No. 102 of 2021 on the file of learned Principal District Munsif, Thirumangalam and other pending suits. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in 2/4
accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the application is submitted under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing notice to all the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
