Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, to set aside the Fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.39 of 2018 in O.S.No.52/2015 on the file of the 4th Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli dated 20.03.2023 and by allowing the Civil Revision Petition and thus render justice. By mistake, he filed the revision in stead of appeal. On that ground this petition is allowed as prayed for.
