Both the learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner and the counsel for the respondent are present.

2. It is admitted by both sides that the suit filed by the respondents was dismissed for default on 07.06.2017. No steps have been taken by the plaintiffs to restore the suit, as on date. 3.The present Revision is preferred against the order passed by the trial Court, dismissing the petition to receive additional statement filed by the petitioner herein. As on date, no suit is pending. However, the Revision Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Revision with liberty to take proper steps, if the suit is restored in future.
