This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 03.12.2012 passed in I.A.No.308 of 2011 in O.S.No.126 of 2010 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Aruppukottai. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the suit has been disposed of and that therefore, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
