This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 06.09.2013 passed in the application in I.A.No.872 of 2013 in I.A.No.583 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ramanathapuram allowing the application permitting the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct Kumbabishegam at Arulmigu Sri Kaligadevi Amman Temple on 16.09.2013 through an Advocate Commissioner appointed by the Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. When the Civil Revision Petition was taken up for hearing
the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1,2,4 to 6 submitted that on 16.09.2013 Kumbabishegam was performed and nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.
3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1,2,4,to 6, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
