ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the order passed in I.A.No.177 of 2013 in O.S.No.199 of 2009 dated 27.02.2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Ambasamudram. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is submitted that the original suit was disposed of on 12.07.2019 and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
