ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai to dispose of the E.P.No.130 of 2011 in O.S.No.1 of 1984 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief that is being granted, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in the judgment reported in 2025 INSC 329 in the case of Periyammal (Dead) through Lrs & Ors. v. V. Rajamani And Anr. Etc.. had held that the Execution Petition initiated 2/4

be disposed of within a period of six months. In the present case, the Execution Petition, admittedly had been filed in the year 2011 and therefore, there shall be a direction to the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai to dispose of the E.P.No.130 of 2011 in O.S.No.1 of 1984 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
