Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHIL KUMAR.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ARUN PRASAD, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 158 days in filing the criminal revision.

2. Both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents submitted that there is a possibility for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties.

3.Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, this petition is allowed and this matter is referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai. 4.Both the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 20.03.2024 without fail.
