The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.185/2025 dated 16.03.2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
