After submitting 5 second appeals before the sole respondent herein, by this writ petition, the petitioner seeks early disposal thereof. 1/3
2.Learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the sole respondent. It is submitted that there is a huge backlog and about 4 months would be required to dispose of these appeals. 3.In these circumstances, without making any observations on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeals within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. No costs.
