Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent.

2. Issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

3. On 03.11.2025, Kumbabishekam is proposed to be conducted for the petition-mentioned temple. On the said occasion, the petitioner wants to conduct Annathanam.

4. No exception can be taken to this request. The petitioner has already applied to the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to grant permission in favour of the writ petitioner to enable him to conduct the said Annathanam. The second respondent can stipulate the place and also appropriate 2/4
