Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records connected with the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.91/A/2015 dated 27.04.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to absorb the petitioner in Regular Time Scale of Pay in the existing or future vacancies under the control of the 2nd respondent as Sweeper or Watchman within a reasonable time.
ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.R.A.RAMAHCANDRAN, Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and of Mr.S.GOVINDAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the credit of State Bank of India Account No.10767823177 towards District Siddha 2/4
Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam, within a period of two weeks from today. Registry shall not number the writ appeal, if the receipt of the payment of cost is not enclosed.
