To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner while granting bail to him vide order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15162 of 2025 dt.17.09.2025 from the petitioner to appear before Thoothukudi South Police station to the Judicial Magistrate No.5,Trichy daily at 10.30 am., until further orders.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15162 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, inspite of charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Trichy, daily at 10.30 am., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
