Prayer in CRL A(MD). 981/ 2023 :

This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14-A(2) of SC/ST Act,to call for the records relating to the order of dismissal of bail application dated 25.10.2023 made in Crl M.P.3174 of 2023 on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR),Madurai and to set side the same and enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with the Crime No.166 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police by allowing the Criminal Appeal.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. S.Mahenra Pathy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s. A.Thiruvadi Kumar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD).No.981 of 2023 dated 30.11.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD).No.981 of 2023 dated 30.11.2023 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
