ORDER
It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the point involved in this writ petition has already been decided against the petitioner by the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP(C) Nos.20292-20293 of 2007 dated 20.07.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents also pointed out that the very same issue involved in this writ petition has already been considered against the Management in W.P (MD)No.8302 of 2008 confirming in W.A(MD)No.480 of 2011 dated 09.06.2011. The said statement is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed on the above stated reasons. No costs.
