2. In pursuance of the order of this Court dated 07.01.2026, the petitioner paid a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the respondent on 07.01.2026. A memo has been filed to that effect, bearing the signature of the learned counsel for the respondent, acknowledging receipt of the amount. The said memo is recorded.
