This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14388 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners complied with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14388 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once. 16.10.2025 KSA 2/4
